Refund Policy
Short version: if SaySo genuinely isn't working for you, talk to us — we review every case individually, and if we can't make it right, we refund.
Effective 10 August 2026 · Operated by SaySo (sayso.one) · Contact: [email protected]
The policy
Because SaySo is delivered instantly — you receive the software and your license key the moment you purchase — sales are final as a rule, the same as most downloadable software.
That said, we stand behind the product. If SaySo is not working as expected on your system, email [email protected] — ideally within 14 days of purchase — and tell us what's going wrong. Include what you tried, your platform (Mac or Windows) and OS version, and your SaySo version. We'll first try to fix the problem with you; if we can't get SaySo working properly for you, we issue a refund.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
- When a purchase is refunded, the license key is deactivated and the app returns to unlicensed mode.
- Your statutory consumer rights in your place of residence are unaffected by this policy.
Before you buy
SaySo requires your own Deepgram API key (and optionally a Groq key) and an internet connection — the FAQ and guide explain exactly how it works so there are no surprises. The Windows app is currently in beta; that's disclosed on the Windows page.
