- Something not working? Your platform (Mac or Windows), OS version, SaySo version (in the title bar), and what happened. The History screen's export button creates a file with the technical details we need — but note it contains your full transcripts, so share it only if you're comfortable (SaySo itself never uploads it; attaching it to an email is your choice, and it's handled like any email you send us — read for support and not shared further).
- Purchase or license questions? The email you bought with — receipts and license delivery come from Polar, our checkout partner.
- Refunds? See the refund policy, then write to us.
- Privacy requests? See the privacy policy; we'll help with anything Polar-side too.
